I went for a root canal & extraction. The dentist just drilled cleaned and filled my tooth instead of a root canal without my consent. 30 minutes after I had excruciating throbbing pain so I called them back, they couldn’t see me as they were too busy, take some pain killers it’s normal. I ended up in a&e on oramorph as the pain was something else. The dentist had drilled into my nerve and then left it damage and packed a filling too tight on top. 3 days later the emergency dentist have taken it out, this tooth could of been saved. This has also cost me in unpaid leave at work, fuel, and money paying out for treatment over £400 to get this sorted.

I love this dental practice.We moved here 2 years ago and I felt very nervous to have to go to a different dentist.But Pedro put me at ease and has done amazing work for both me and my husband.

Does anyone like going to the dentist? Probably not but the dentists here do their best to make that experience as good as possible! The surgery is bright and clean with good reception staff. The dentist that I see is a fantastic man who clearly loves his job and does everything he can to make your appointment less tense and scary. I have had a couple of fillings and a root canal and crown and the work done has been very good.Visit this dentist, feel good about your teeth!

Very professional , highly recommend always been careful and so polite , that couple dentists are just amazing , made my biggest nightmare - sitting on that dentist chair , just disappear. And the woman is just a star , definitely knows what she is doing. Thank You !

Twice I have been, just due to that the fact I didn’t want to pay again for an X-ray. I saw Pedro, he spent much time on lecturing me about smoking on my first visit. I’m 50yr old. I don’t need someone to tell me how wrong it is. But I’m my first visit he wobbled my teeth so hard he took one away from the from the bone. But, it doesn’t stop there, my next visit I got another unappreciated bedtime story of how my smoking is the main problem. He, was very good at his work but was also telling his nephew how deep my cavity was, not once or twice, but maybe four or five times. I can’t afford to go to the dentist normally but I’m in luck I have a bit of money. He made me feel worthless about myself and also put through me a lot of pain. My treatment is complete and will not be returning due to four days later I can still feel the bruises he has left on my gums and that now my tooth he wobbled so aggressively has no attachment to the bone. So I now have tooth ache. His bedside manner is appealing from start to finish. ARE YOU READY FOR SOME TORTURE was his first words to me.

I am petrified of dentists but since going to this surgery I am overcoming my nerves. Both dentists are amazing, patient and kind and though not ever going to enjoy going to dentists the whole team make it bearable. I even get to choose the background music!Would thoroughly recommend!

Pedro is an excellent dentist, I travel from Portsmouth, and my daughter from Poole, Pedro is always very friendly and happy, and my treatment is top notch, I picked up my new dentures today, and honestly you would never know I have false teeth in, I been have a smoker for many years, but Pedro has never lectured me about smoking, I know as we all do how it effects your teeth, I would like to say thank you for being my dentist, please don't move any further x

New owners are Portuguese, so don't get confused with dentists there from the past. I am terrified of dentists, but my teeth were in need of work, I had 2 painlessly removed and some other work all without pain. I have now got my wife going there who also is terrified of dentists but she like me had no pain having the work done. Without a doubt the best dentist I have used.

Always over 30 mins later than appointment

I've been to a lot of dentists in my life, and can honestly say thatPedro, Ana and staff are the best. Everybody that I know goes there.If you can get in, then sign up; Ana is off on maternity leave, but thereis a kind and caring lady dentist covering for her.I used to really dread going to the dentist, but not any more.
