We ordered windows for our new build using a recmmended distributor listed on Westcoast web-site and paid a £22000 deposit (50% of the quote) as requested. It looks as if the recommended distributor has now gone into liquidation taking our money with them. Westcoast have washed their hands of any responsibility. Think twice about ordering from them. 21st June 2021

We spent a lot of money on these windows and have had an issue within six years, which has effected the look of one window. It’s taken ages to receive any help, instead there has just been a lot of shifting responsibility between Westcoast and the installers. Their main concern seems to be avoiding any blame. For our part we just wanted expert guidance on what the issue was and how to rectify it. In the end they visited and tried to rectify the issue by siliconing a regular piece of wood to a very expensive window. That has made the issue quite a lot worse. Really poor after sales and work from a company selling premium windows. That’s why I would strongly recommend anyone considering purchasing these windows not to. It’s not a nice feeling to spend a lot of money on something and not to feel an issue will be treated with sympathy and a desire to help.

Had 10 windows and a door fitted today. The 2 fitters were extremely good at what they do. Very approachable,friendly and polite. And the quality of the windows are great. Super super impressed.

We had these windows fitted about 5 years ago now and I have to say we're well pleased with them. All sizes upstairs, fully rotational, BIG sliding doors downstairs and all are performing lovely. Excellent thermal values in winter to fully open in summer, can't beat 'em.Considering they travelled from Sweden, they were packaged really well and arrived with no movement or damage on the lorry. We had self builders come to see the windows part way through our build and they had been quoted 2 or 3 times the price we got these for.Thoroughly recommend if you're doing a self build or project.

Appalling customer service, rude staff and expensive- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Westcoast Window Systems Ltd did not respond to my email request for a review of fault with our window for over 2 months, eventually they responded after I rang them to chase. The request I made was for a repair under warranty, they did not explain that the service would be chargeable nor the call out costs until after they had attended the property at which point the invoice was emailed over. The person who attended left a huge mess and my partner had to sand down and repaint the windows where the work had been carried out. The contractor did not bring all the required materials to complete the repair, this was eventually sent in the post after much chasing on our behalf. My partner then had to fit the remaining part himself. We were charged £300 for this service" AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Great Scandinavian designed windows. Beautiful finish. Great to have the wooden interiors option which worked so well with our house - only one on the market!

Sat behind this Bell doing 25mph in a 60mph the whole way from Witham 6miles to Braintree !!!! If you want windows fitted let's hope they don't complete work as slow as they drive, if your van was full of expensive materials and you want to drive half the speed limit do it at a time of day where people are not going to be inconvenienced
