A World of Furniture

I am giving this a single star not due to the showroom which was excellent as is the furniture as well. The one star is because of the attitude of one member of staff. I purchased a item of furniture on the black Friday offer. The salesman then brought it out of the showroom to load into the car, on the way out he smashed it on the door frame of the showroom and then loaded in to my car. I checked where the bench had hit and saw s slight mark and proceeded to wipe of the paint that had been left by the collision. He never apologised and said bare faced to me that I had got it cheap enough. I turned to him and said thats not really the attitude is it. This individual could really do with some extra training. I must say that every other salesman and managers there are excellent at there jobs. I would name and shame but thats upto the management to deal with. If it wasn't for this individual I would give them 5 stars!

Visited the showroom on Tuesday and bought four dining chairs and they were delivered, today, Thursday. Good value, excellent service and delivery drivers were very helpful and polite. The chairs look great with my existing table, we are very happy.

Bought a load of bedroom furniture from here, lovely shop with some amazing stuff. My furniture was assembled in the room of my choice and every piece of packaging taken away....unlike oak furniture land which just dumped and ran!

Excellent service from the staff. Not pushy salespeople like you get from the big companies. Good choice of furniture at good prices and generally you don't have to wait long for delivery which is good. Your 1 stop furniture shop because they sell it all and a new range of garden furniture too.

We had a list of stuff in mind for our new home and found most of it here. The guys were so helpful that we would go back over and over again if we need things. Highly recommended. The craftsmanship in the units we purchased is amazing and adds a comfortable feel to our home.

Amazing service from World of Furniture. Mark kindly sent me photos of his latest stock which enabled me to choose without going in store. Beds ordered from warehouse were in store that evening and Mark kindly delivered them to our house in time for bed! Beds were easy to put together and look lovely. Sturdy and comfy - my kids slept til 8am the next morning (unheard of!) The beds are far superior to our previous ones which were a well known scandi brand of childrens bed and which had caused us no end of bother. It just goes to show shopping local gives the best service and quality. Professional and friendly. We will be recommending to our friends. Thanks Mark!

Great furniture at reasonable prices. A company that also stand true to their warranty. Had an issue with my dining room table and they replaced it with no quibble. Love my ox bow table and will definitely return when I require more furniture. Definitely worth a visit. Funature is in my opinion better than other places we visited when looking for a dinning table.

Have now bought, over the past several years, three beds from this first class company. Every time it's been great quality and exceptional value; capped by a standard of service and an attitude towards customers that are second to none. Unreservedly recommend.
