DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY This Company is a joke that is why i am writing this review.The item they sent was different to the advertised item on the website,when queried, The Manager said it will do the job the same .it was not what was ordered and certainly did not respond to the add on their website I have ended up losing £12 p&p that was promised to be returned to me and has not. I had to cancel the engineer,made endless phone calls & emails because this company think it quite acceptable to send you something different to the item they show on the website.I have spoken to Citizen advice and they were informing Trading Standards.GOODS ARE NOT THE SAME AS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE. POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Didn't have item advertised and failed to inform me resulting in unhappy customers on my side I had to chase them up and given a rubbish explanation. Got the impression they just couldn't be bothered.

Very quick to reply and very quick to send my item (which they correctly identified from a photo I sent). I was very impressed and I would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service. I needed to replace my intercom handset and didn't know which one would fit. Securasound helped me find the right fit and also ordered an additional part which allows for an extra button.

Contacted Securasound by email for information regarding a replacement for my door entry system, very quick reply and very knowledgeable on the systems available. Did not try to sell me the dearest option and delivery was quick.New system did have a fault but one phone call to Jason had the problem solved, replacement unit sent out overnight and now working perfectly.Highly recommend and will definitely use in future.

Fitted alarm but a year later have no staff to service it. Also abrupt. Al simple job but doesn’t want to help. If you haven’t the staff stop advertising…..
