Dyno-Rod Stafford

Called my 24 hr home emergency insurance cover. Have a water leak, insurance company transferred me to this company at 19:00. Had phone call from this company stating some one will be with me tomorrow between 8:00-18:00.Waited for plumber all day, called company 3 times, each time they said that plumber will be with me with in half an hour. Nobody came , at 18:30 someone called and said he is plumber and can’t come today. Ask me to call ofice a do an other booking Monday. I have contacted them Friday evening and still have a water leak.Not reliable company, disappointed.

Dyno-Rod came to our rescue yesterday after we had been messed about by another company. Our toilet had become blocked after a cleaning cloth had been accidentally flushed down the toilet. After waiting almost all day for another company to come, we cancelled and rang Dyno-Rod. They arrived within half an hour and half an hour later the problem had been recitified. Now that is what I call good customer service.
