I just wish there was a direct shuttle from Dover Priory to Dover ferries. Its a big walk and not ideal

Very clean and large area with plenty of seats to wait for the bus to come to take you around the port to check your passport and luggage through customs. It has toilets and a Costa coffee cafe to buy coffees and sandwiches while you wait. Also vending machines. Has a check in desk.

Walking route from sea front marked 'to ferry terminal' and then 'foot passengers' as you get closer. Black and white markings on road too as you cross lanes to get to the terminal. Friendly staff. Clean. Costa coffee and a few vending machines.

Handy for a machine coffee if you are early at the Ferry terminal. Very clean seating area and toilets

Reaching the passenger terminal by foot is straightforward, but not very well signed from the town! Make sure you approach following the direction of the traffic, and once you're in the port it's easy to follow the black and white / zebra markings on the ground. Once you reach the terminal there's a map, though it would be useful to have it *before* you get there!Service at the P&O check-in was friendly and quick. There's plenty of seating, a Costa Coffee, and some vending machines.

Would really recommend to be here early. Don't plan to be here in the last moment. You must be here more than 1 you're before departure. Here is a little coffee counter but do not expect it to be open at all times.

Staff were great, very helpful. Place was clean and tidy, has a Costa which is always good first thing in the morning!
