Purchased Guardx protection for new MG. Its like the Emperors new clothes, there is no evidence it exists, your told its there and your paint is better than before but all you see is the money you pay. Most wont admit it out of embarrassment. If Guardx was as good as it claims wouldn't car manufacturers use it as standard?

I called GardX out for my 5 Series BMW. The colour is a black colour with a blue tinge. It shows up all different type of marks. Alan from GardX came to my house to fix and polish the car. All I can say is wow, what a fantastic finish he had done. It truly was a mirror finish. I was expecting this kind of service from BMW. I will be using GardX again. You can see that Alan had pride in his work. Thanks again Alan for a fantastic job

Had gardX Assure tyre and alloy protection for the past 3 Year and have in total made 2 claims. One was for an alloy I scraped (18 inch diamond cut alloy) the second was a massive screw which went through a nearly new tyre writing it off. On both occasions Gardx were absolutely brilliant, no quibbling or delays. Fast and effective service and claims process. Hoping I can find a way to renew with them when my policy comes to an end next month.

I bought a Gardx package when I purchased my Car. I upgraded my Car 4 months later and didn't realize that although I purchased the cover it was on the Car. I wasn't allowed to transfer the Policy that I purchased onto my New Car. Spoke to an advisor at Gardx. No Joy. Very Unhelpful. Suggested I contacted the New owner and asked them if they wanted to buy it. I Reminded them of Data protection. Be aware of this when purchasing.

I don’t get what all the bad reviews are for.I bought a brand new car recently and I got tire and alloy wheels protection as well as the interior and exterior protection. Well the protection is doing it’s job just as advertised and today I had to claim on my policy for a tire repair. Shushan was lovely over the phone and authorised the repair as quickly as she could.That’s what I call hassle free service. Keep up the good work guys!

Bought my Peugeot 3008 from Car Shop in Sheffield which was 3 years old. I had them treat the paintwork and interior with GARDEX. I've had the car for 15 months and am well pleased. Would definitely use again.

I paid £425 for my cosmetic plan when I bought my car from car giant to protect my car .It is such a scam.They wont even repair minor scratches. They sell it to you when you all excited about buying a new car.Dont waste your money!

My Peugeot dealer, Howards of Dorchester, recommended the GardX protection system. I usually do my own paint protection on all my cars but as this car was delivered in late November and would be living outdoors from day one I decided to go with it.Four months on and I am extremely pleased with my decision. The water beading on all surfaces is excellent and I'm sure it makes washing easier. I also had Stain Guard applied to the fabric seats.

Read the small print very carefully. Unfortunately it is very painful to get anything done and the small print limits what can be fixed. Unfortunately I wasted £400.00 taking this out when I purchased the car. In fairness several people warned me against it and now I know.
