Had 2 experiences with this company. 2021 I had them out to value a property I was selling in Bellshill. The agent couldn't give me a figure when he visited, said he would do some more research and get back to me. Never heard from him again.Last week I booked a viewing for a property they are selling. Showed up to the viewing today and no one was there. Called them and apparently an offer had been accepted over the weekend and they hadn't bothered to contact me, time and effort driving there and back wasted.Lady who let me know an offer had been accepted was very apologetic, but basics are being missed

Lynne has been amazing since i started to sell my house, she has always been in contact with me to make sure things are going ok, if i needed her she was just the other end of the phone, johnathan done great pictures of my house and got me the house that i so wanted, they are a fabulous team nothing is any trouble to them, lynne is still keeping in contact to make sure everything goes well with my move in day.Cannot thank them enough for their support.

Michael has been outstanding in his support and all the work that he has done to enable all this to happen. He found and co-ordinated the contractors and their work in a seamless process. He always returns our calls and emails and is very friendly and approachable. We would not have made the progress we have on our Scottish property journey without him as we live in Wales.
