Get Locked

We had 3 locks changed by Luke and he was great! Turned up on time and left everything tidy!So friendly and efficient and he was even kind enough to help with drilling our ring doorbell on (as we were very unprepared), we will definitely be keeping him on speed dial for any door related emergencies!1000% recommended!!!!!!

Luke responded immediately to my enquiry, asked for a video to see the problem, then straight away gave us an idea of costs and arranged to come out within a few days. He arrived on time and was professional, courteous and clean. We ended up getting anti snap locks fitted but didn’t feel pressured into this - he explained the benefits and the costs clearly. Lovely job, would highly recommend.

Found through checkatrade and put a call in on Sunday as I had an issue with my front Door.The guy I spoke to said he had someone local in the area and would add it to his jobs90 mins from call out to completion I was thoroughly impressed. (The price was very reasonable) and I would definately use them again and recommend to them to others.Fantastic service as the guy who came was helpful professional and knowledgeable.

Oh my goodness, we are so grateful to Luke & Chris for sorting us out so quickly. We had a newly cut key jammed in our back door with the door locked, but open, and the first locksmith we called was a scammer and told us we needed lots of new things fitted and tried to charge a fortunate. Thankfully we convinced him to leave and called Luke to do damage control. Chris arrived really promptly and sorted us out with a new lock quickly and easily and was all sorted within the hour of calling. We’re very grateful to them for helping out after a nightmare evening!

Luke fitted a deadlock to an internal door. He arrived on time, great communication beforehand and was helpful, polite and friendly. We are delighted with the work done. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Luke when removing a malfunctioning steering wheel lock from my car.There was prompt communication before the appointment (Luke was on holiday when I initially reached out to him but was still very quick to reply).He was punctual on the day, and during the appointment Luke was professional, friendly and explained what was going on while he worked.He was also careful to ensure there was no damage to my steering wheel and the windscreen while he was working on the lock which needed to be drilled into and cut open.I would highly recommend Get Locked's services and have saved Luke's number for any future lock related issues.

Can't fault them, brilliant service. Great communication, picked up the phone on the first ring and got all the details he needed in under 5 minutes. Changed the lock in no time and got 5 spare keys so it will be harder to lose them. Cheers for that, absolute legend highly recommended.
