Jennys Nails

Loved the nails. It’s the best my nails has ever looked since moving to Liverpool 3 years ago. I got French tips acrylic nails. They’re not bulky. The the French cut was sharp and clean. And they checked with me every step of the way. I had to get a previous set removed as well and they were very gentle removing them and patient. The day and time I went wasn’t busy. Will definitely go back again.

Answered the phone several times whilst doing my nails. Also nipped my cuticles 3 times. Not great.

This review is for my wife not me.lol . Went on a Thursday i k never been before i didn't know what to expext it was for my daughter wedding on the sunday. Exellent service peaceful surroundings, treatment conducted in a hygenic manner. Nails are still perfect 2 weeks later. Great experience.

Went to get one of my acrylic nails fixed on my break at work, for them to use a curved tip and not follow the shape of my original nails, and still charge me £5 for one nails after I raised concerns that the nail did not match my original set

Good things about nail shop:-They do a good job of your nailsBad things:-You will always wait at least 40 minutes to get your nails done despite having an appointment!-They ruin your nails, anyone who uses a drill on your nail shouldn't be in the industry!! Ive been to other nail salons and they are horrified with my nails!!-Staff are rude and are probably exhaustedThey do a good job of your nails so ok for one off and if your not in a rush! But for a local regular salon I would avoid! Staff are overworked, probably why half of them have left and set up another shop around the corner!

I love this place. The nails stay on forever! And they're always well done never missing any steps. Better to just come and wait for it to be done than book appointments.
