Placed a large £800+ order well in time for the job I planned to do. Delivered on agreed date (29th September) but forgot to load part of the order on the trailer. Promised to deliver the rest the following week. No delivery or contact over a week later. Chased multiple times via email and phone, made it clear I needed it by Thursday 12th. Chased again on the 12th. It's now been 3 weeks since the initial delivery and still not received the missed part of the delivery. Fed up of chasing and getting nowhere, wasted my time and couldn't get the job done I'd taken time out to do. Not impressed. Will be getting the rest of what I need from elsewhere.
