Really happy with the service the gentlemen provided. Very polite and knowledgeable. They fixed my Samsung for a good price and were much more helpful than o2. O2 said the glass on the back cover smashed and that broke my battery whereas phone junkies said the battery has expanded so much that its put pressure on the glass and cracked the cover.. opening it up the showed me the bulging battery. I was so pleased I asked them to replace the battery in my backup phone and they fixed the camera too at cost... and they also gave me a face mask as I forgot to bring one. I would recommend phone junkies. Thank you

Top top people - and amazing service at a great price - really helpful- would 100% recommend.I had to change phone charging port when I thought it was an issue with the battery - so they were honest and fixed what was needed and was honest to say my battery was fine as apposed to other people who may try and sell me a new battery

Prax is a really nice and helpful person who made us a big favour to fix my 14 years old son’s mobile really quick. I wrote him from Spain and he answered really fast and was really nice and helped and solved the problem for my teenager who is in a boarding school near Bath. I strongly recommend his shop. Great guys, very honest, very good prices, can't say a bad word about them (other than he can't handle Google pixel 2xl screen change). Otherwise, always my first stop in Bath for a phone fix - normally turned around in an hour or so - more than highly recommended !!!

I took my Samsung A70 into shop for a repair to the shattered screen. I opted for the cheaper screen as considering an upgrade. Advised would be ready in Tuesday. Called on Wednesday as still hadn't heard. They told me to collect it that afternoon. I picked my phone up and although grainy I accepted the repair to the screen. When I got home to charge the phone. It wouldnt work so I returned to the shop the next day. The guy said I'd have to pay £30 for it to be fixed. I explained that it was charging before I left it there but was still wanting to charge me.I left it there but returned within in 5 minutes. Miraculously the phone was charging in that short time despite my efforts previously. To cut a long story short. The charging didn't last and the screen doesn't work. £80 paid to totally break my phone. Not impressed and would avoid. When a company act like that when something broken you know it must happen regularly. Lesson learnt.

Brought my Oppo Find X2 pro in for a battery replacement. Part arrived within a week, and replacement itself only took 1 hour. Working perfectly now. Friendly staff, great service :)

Battery on my i-phone SE 1st Gen no longer holding charge, so called to see if possible to fix. No problem and completed within an hour at an amazing price. Huge thanks to Mr Singh who spotted screen wasn't seated properly either, but didn't charge me for that. Amazing service can't say more than that.
