Firstly, this place is CASH ONLY, thankfully there's a cashpoint next door in Poundworld. An affordable place to get a haircut in Crossgates, there's usually a wait though due to high demand.Although, sometimes you get people who trim way too much off the top of your head, rather than just neaten things as requested... The place itself looks nice, like a vintage barbers with seating alongside the wall.

With men's cuts at £4.99 and the cuts being spot on you really can't fault The Barbers Shop.Each stylist is also self employed so you can wait for each to become available if you have a preference.Open on a Sunday too which is very helpful.It's easy to see why this place has many regularsCash payment only

Most painful hair cut I've ever had, the back of my head and neck is red raw and scratched to hell no wonder he didn't show me the back of my head. would not recommend.

Very friendly staff and adhere to the rules regarding covid19 procedures. The salon is very clean, bright and cheerful and the service is firstclass and certainly know how to cut hair. My recent visit was most enjoyable and will certainly continue to go to this first class establishment in future.

Went it for a hair cut yesterday, my hairdresser was very friendly and did a great job, one of the best cuts I've had in recent memory(I believe she had just recently started working there) but the hairdresser next to me was using offensive & discriminatory language which was very unpleasant to sit through and ruined what had been a great experience until that point.

Brilliant friendly staff following all guidelines unlike some others around the area. Courteous staff and the area is kept immaculate and cleaned thoroughly before you have your hair cut. Superb

Fab men's hairdressers with 3 lovely ladies who take great care of my husband and son's haircuts, despite them both being a bit tricky.Great for kids as they have a big box of toys in case there's a queue and a tub of sweets for them after, as well as lots of patience!

I have visited here for a few years, and they are brilliant. The banter is fun, and they've never messed my hair cut up.
