Always excellent service from Ben and the whole team in the service centre. I frequently recommend Redgate Lodge, and all my family come here for servicing and motor repairs too. Highly recommended.

Dropped off in the morning vehicle was supposed to be having an MOT but wasn’t on the job card was also expecting a loan vehicle as it was booked in to get one but there wasn’t one. No phone call to let me know there wasn’t one only found out when I arrived couldn’t do MOT as no time on the day. Poor customer service

Paid for a 2 year fixed price service plan when I bought my car from Redgate Lodge. Used it for the first time and not impressed at all. Wont use them again.Car went in for MoT + Service.Needed a new tyre, was told it would be £120. I think I'm getting a premium tyre. When I get the invoice the tyre cost £57 so I paid £63 for for a tyre change. Its already done and on the vehicle so i have to pay. Absolute rip off.Recieved no information on the condition of the car after its service, just that it's done". Had to ask about other tread depths etc

We use Redgate for MOT and anything else for 3 family cars.They fitted us in for a last minute tyre replacement. Their service is always brilliant, cannot fault them. I recommend them to all friends and family and especially as a woman I feel they are always trustworthy and respectful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Intermittent faults, as every driver knows, are the absolute devil to fix. When most of the dashboard warning lights came on while driving I immediately thought ‘garage job!’The people at ‘Redgate Lodge Garage’ could not have been kinder when I took my car to them. I was most impressed by the depth of knowledge shown by the gentlemen on reception. They explained everything to me, particularly, maybe having to ‘try things’ until the fault could be found. I took my car back three days running, and without any hassle or delay was booked in. I must commend these gentlemen and the mechanic (whom I never met but I can imagine his face when my car was with him again the next day), for their patience and forbearance in finding the fault on my car.Being pensioners and dependent on our car, we are eternally grateful to everyone at Redgate Lodge Garage for getting our car back on the road. Great service, with polite, helpful, professional desk staff who made the time to chat.Great experience and would recommend to all … including a great vehicle service and MOT all finished with a good price.There was one thing that I would like to add in that, the car had oily hand prints all over the front of the car and bonnet and dirt inside the vehicle from muddy boots…I realise this may be picky but I keep my cars in good order, and the car was immaculate when I dropped it off.However an excellent overall experience and I have, and will continue to use Red Gate in the future.Thanks Moz

Fantastic once again, dropped my car off with an emergency repair and I got it back the next day. Great service, customer care and prices.

Scammers, overpriced Do not go. Got quoted £1500 for a new pump but I managed to get it replaced somewhere else for £650 with labour and stupidly enough I paid £90 for a diagnostic.Ridiculous
