Extremely Disappointing, Lazy and Unprofessional Cleaning ServiceI had a terrible experience with this company and the self employed cleaners they employ. The first cleaner, Ms. L.C., offered a false excuse, and was unprofessional in her approach. Ms. L.C asked us to buy specific cleaning products a week before. She specified it wasn't a necessity but only what she preferred. So we went out of our way to buy it in anticipation of her cleaning the next week. On the day of the appointment she texted saying she would be late and I responded it was fine. The week before she said we are her last job so she could have texted or called to ask if she can come later. We would have been fine to do it. We then had a call several minutes later from the company saying she is in traffic and spoke to her friend and will be one-hour traffic delay, which turned out to be only 8-13 minutes. How do we know this? We headed out to go shopping and we checked the entire A road she mentioned all the way to the next town (before shopping). There was no 1 hour delay.Mrs. C.K., the replacement for the next day, took an astonishing 2 hours and 20 minutes to clean just one bedroom and bathroom, and the quality of her work was mediocre at best. Many areas looked untouched, like the shower doors, white spots on the bathroom floor (which she said she mopped), and incomplete vacuuming.I even had to check on Mrs. K after 1 hour and 20 minutes of doing the bedroom to see if she needed anything, as it was baffling why a single bedroom and bathroom would take so long. We asked if she needed anything or refreshments too as we thought she needed something. Now if the place was really filthy I would understand 1 hour. However when she first came in she looked around surprised and asked specifically what needed cleaning exactly. She lacked communication later on and did not inform us about the payment method when she first came in. When she demanded cash at the end I asked her if she had my number the day before as the company didn't give hers to me. She said yes. I asked why she did not let me know yesterday that she wants cash, but I did apologise even though I do not feel it was my fault as I cannot read her mind. She didn't apologise for this mishap. In fact, she gave me a cold shoulder that cemented my disbelief and mistrust in this company. Had she warned me the day before or today in the beginning of cleaning I would have happily gotten out the cash. My previous cleaners always let me know the day before or on the day their preference before starting the job and they always asked card. Additionally previous cleaners took 3 hours to complete the entire house including the oven, fridge, cabinets etc. All she did was a mediocre job in one bedroom and one bathroom. I had to tell her you have 40 mins left so please vacuum the stairs and hallway as it is more of a priority. Other bedrooms and bathrooms were not touched. Living room only vacuumed. Kitchen not touched.Overall, this experience was super unprofessional, and I have doubts about Maid2Clean's vetting process for their staff. This was a back to back occasion. We had to constantly monitor the cleaning process, and there was no effort to communicate or understand our cleaning priorities. She even left the cleaning paper on the kitchen counter without ticking it whilst she was upstairs for 2 hours and 20 mins. Abysmal.

I used the service to help my mum who was starting to struggle living on her own. Great service. They were prompt, reliable, and friendly and Escilia became a friend of the family.

Leila is lovely and very efficient. Count her as a friend. Always very accommodating and eager to please.

Used 3 times but overall experience have been horrible (honestly don't know why I trusted thrice)Experience 1 - Cleaner was appointed for 4 hours for one off clean and all she managed was one room (P S the house is cleaned every week and this was just done as a one off after a break)Experience 2 - Requested for a fortnightly 3 hours cleaner service and never turned up in two consecutive appointmentsExperience 3 - Some one started on Weekly 2 hours clean and after three cleans got the message NO CLEANER AVAILABLE in your areaAll materials were bought on cleaner's requested and they are now wasted. I would have expected an apology / compensationWill not recommend.

My cleaner comes every week and leaves my house spotless like a hotel. She works so hard and is such a lovely lady. She goes above and beyond. She works so hard for 2 hours each week. Cleans my kitchen and bathrooms, changes my sheets regularly. Vacuums all rooms and cleans kitchen floor. Washes anything left in bowl. She helps tidy my rooms as my Dad can be quite messy. Thank you for finding Eleanor for me.
