They were very busy when I visited. I gave them a miss as I was unable to wait about a day. My partner had two new tyres fitted about a year ago, and was very satisfied.

I booked my car in for a service and 2 new tires. I arrived at 7h55 and waited for them to open in order to drop my car off at 8am as I was told. It turns out that you wait for them as they only arrive at around 8am and still need to open up. I then get told that my car wasn’t booked in, even though the booking was confirmed, we even had a detailed discussion regarding my aircon. I will never use them again, second bad experience out of 3 visits.

I ordered the wrong tyres online and the staff just sorted it out at no extra cost despite me wasting their time on what was a very busy day. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Even got a call from Head Office to check all was ok . Thanks!

I have had to go to Merityre several time in the last few months due to Potholes wrecking my wheels and tyres and the guys at Merityre were nothing but helpful! I don’t know much about cars but they listened to what I had to say and were able to help with getting my car sorted so I could drive again. Would highly recommend to anyone who has an issue with their car

Called in to ask about replacing 2 tyres and was met with a rude and sarcastic response. Could have just said sorry we’re really busy can you come back later. Apologies for asking you to do a simple task that you clearly have a problem with. Should think about finding a new career.

AVOID - the tyres more expensive than elsewhere.Management are not very good at managing customer expectations. I've used them twice and both times they've not done the thing they were asked to do.Avoid and go to one of the number of other brilliant / independent garages in Thame instead.

Poorly managed, with a lazy workforce...Dropped of wheels and tyres on Tuesday, i advised there was no rush to replace tyres. I called on Thursday and was told they were ready (Merityre didnt call me) and was advised pop in Friday at 8am and they will swap wheels over.Arrived at 8am to be told it would be a 45 minute wait as they had other tyres to change, no use to me as I needed to leave by 8.30. The chap who dropped his car in before me said he would collect about 4pm!That was frustrating, however tto make it worse there there were 3 guys stood around in the garage drinking energy drinks!Now I have 4 wheels in the boot to swap myself... I wont be going back, and would recommend that anybody looking for 'service' goes elsewhere.

Service was good, but the person in the reception was rude. I ordered two tyres on Blackcircles to be fitted AM on that day and called in advance to book a slot in the morning as I needed to go to work but the guy didn't want to listen, as soon as he heard Blackcircles he said that he is busy and has no time for me. I've told him that I have a booking but he said that Blackcircles don't do bookings. After arguing for two minutes, he checked and found my registration and apologies, but customer service is low. Even when I've made the booki g the day before and asked if my tyres arrived, he said that he hasn't got time to check and that I should have an email from Blackcircles.Rude person, I will never go back to them.
