Very rushed consultation like she wanted you gone ASAP,, after putting local anastasia in literally within seconds the threads went in before the area even got a chance to numb,,very painful ,after the promised results didn't live up to what she said I simply asked her and I got no response,, very aburt and rude person,,I've since had threads elsewhere ,completely pain free and better results 50 min spent on doing them instead of 10 mins.never again

Went here 5 months prior to a wedding for threads and advice , severely regretted it !It’s so obvious that not enough time was allotted to chat to me and then do the procedure . Due to the rush she was in , having now been elsewhere for threads I realise how rushed this was and it was excruciatingly painful too , elsewhere take time to ensure you are completely numbed , I felt like I was speared from jowel to cheek and was holding onto the bed moaning . I was then wiped a bit , sent out of the room approx 5 mins later with a cotton wool ball on my face to stop the bleeding , which had not stopped and told to come back in a few weeks time , needless to say I didn’t go back for more treatmentI can honestly say I was unable to sleep on one particular side of my face for over a month . I rang her for help , the antibiotics I was promised never arrived , I was told it’s possible to remove them , the thought of this made me feel terrified even more . It also cost an extortionate price too, I now realise this having sought help and treatment elsewhere from a great practitioner . This person wasn’t concerned about me after the procedure , so if you want facial threads , go elsewhere , to someone that takes as much time as needed to get you pain free prior to thread insertion , not someone who’s squeezed you into a 30 minute slot no matter the complexity of the procedure you are to have. She knew the nature of my wishes as we had a zoom meeting prior to the visit , I’m disgusted and really should have demanded my money back or gone to my visa company , but it’s only now I’ve had time to really reflect upon my awful experience , and no it made me look no better either !!

I have been visiting the clinic throughout 2017 on four occasions and once in 2018 and every time I am fully comforted with confidence by Dr. Gabriela! I have dermal filler on the right side of my jaw line to even out my facial structure. I first had a consultation with Dr. Gabriella and she set out a plan over 2017 to GRADUALLY build up the definition in my jaw rather than one whole go. This was the best advice and plan set out for me as I have seen the gradually build up and adjusted to my new look with confidence and assured in myself that I have been CORRECTLY handled! I only return to the clinic once every 5/6 months to maintain the desired affect of definition. very warm, welcoming and caring clinic highly recommend a consultation if you are thinking of having a procedure to see her at work!
