Tony and AE Engineering did a fantastic job of helping me move my hot tub after it had been sold.They took full control of the move and made it easy! I just wish i'd found them sooner.Really reliable, helpful and very friendly.Thanks Tony!

Excellent service the staff where very courteous and pleasant. They lifted the hottub over our house with extreme care and attention then provided the same excellent service to my purchaser's home, Highly recommend anyone to use this company.

Awful company. My partner and I trusted them with a job and they simply didn't turn up, with no prior warning, leaving us to scramble to find a new Crane company on the day (which we thankfully did, who were amazing). A E Engineering made no attempt to contact us to apologise or explain afterwards either. They simply disappeared into thin air on the day of the job. Unbelievable.

If i could give this company zero stars i would, But i cant. Me and my partner booked a crane nearly a month ago for today 9.30am for my hot tub to be liften into my home. We arranged the hottub company from Nottingham to be here on time aswell as our own electrician to make it a smooth transition. Yesterday we rang tony just regarding the weather and if he could still do the lift and he said he couldnt if windspeed was over 20mph but we could play it by here. If he turned up and he couldn't lift it we would still have to pay which was fine. So we said if the wind was too bad we could do it thursday or friday later on in the week. Yesterday evening we gave the go ahead still for this morning. We rang tony this morning at 7.50 and said the hot tub company are here a bit earlier so if he wants to come here earlier he can. Which his reply was i will be there within the hour. It got to 9.45 (15 mins past original time) and 1.45 past the time he gave us in the phone call. My partner tried his mobile numerous times to which he was ignoring. Then i rang a landline number for the company and got an answer. Spoke to tony and he said that no crane was coming. Lied about even having a conversation with him this morning. Said he could maybe come later on in the evening but what use is that when everyone is here not and the hot tib company has other jobs to get too Obviously i was very upset because id arranged everything on his agreement . He said all his cranes are in liverpool ect! So why book a job in that you cant attend. If he told us yesterday we could have tried to atleast sort alternative arrangements but he said nothing this morning when we spoke to him. Just that he would be there within the hours. I told him i would share my honest truthful experience with people and on reviews. In the end we left the phonecall no better off with a hot tub stuck on the drive and no way of getting it into my garden. About 20 minutes later tony turned up to my house to try and argue why he wasnt there luckily my partner was outside because if this was me on my own it could have been very intimidating. We have various witnesses from neighbours and the hottub guys! This is not acceptable and threatening me with legal action because i am giving an honest review of the company. I would never reccommend this company for the way we have been treated and with the owner turning upto my house! Again this review is nothing but the truth and not slanderous in any way. Im just simply sharing our experience with this company
