A pretty standard BK, but friendly service and food freshly cooked. In the middle of a huge car park. Clean toilets.A short walk to the waterfront at Barry Dock.

Visited Burger King today, food, service and staff fine but the cleanliness of the place needs alot to be desired! Both ladies and gents toilets were filthy, no loo roll.First table we went to wasn't clean. If it had been busy I could understand it but there were 3 tables and occasional walk ins. Staff standing around.

Definitely don't know what they are doing down there.The place is run by kids!Never get the order at the window always have to wait in the bay, missing items from meals. Orange fanta tasted like soda water. And the bun was burnt to a crisp.

Came here today at 2.27pm through the drive thru, ordered a coffee, and I was served by the most miserable and rude girl with black hair, I will never go back here, if she serves other people like that this place will be bankrupt within a year, she's so miserable, I asked her what was onnthe menu and she mumbled something, didn't say hello, when I got to the window she couldn't even smile and kept glaring at me and huffing and puffing, if you don't like your job work elsewhere, absolutely appalling service

Visited yesterday late afternoon where I encountered the most sullen and rude member of staff who has obviously not received any customer service training. Food ok but drink was awful flat and no taste.

Went through the drive-thru. Great fast service with a smile. My burger and sides were nice and hot even after I got them back to my hotel room, in fact my chilli cheese bites were like molten lava! Definitely a great fast food option if you're visiting the area and in a rush for a meal time.

Spent a long time waiting in the drive-thru for just 2 meals.......at lunch time......in a fast food restaurant.Last few times we've been through there, none of the drinks have had any flavour so I then have to stop in a shop and buy more drinks.After spending restaurant prices the least we would expect is to have the drinks taste as they should.As for the food, fries were cold by the time we completed a 5 minute drive home, burger bun was crumbling apart like it was stale and salad leaves were brown (not what I think of as fresh salad). That was just mine. My partner says hers was ok but that was the extent of her feedbackNot rushing back

The service I had was excellent. Staff were friendly and happy to help! The food served to me was hot and tasted delicious! 10/10 would recommend this Burger King to anyone in the area. Shall be going again soon!

Went though the drive at your Barry store t around 8pm or around that time. Thursday 14th September 2024. the man who was on the speaker and taking my order was totally out of order shouting swearing and kicking off by the sound of it to other staff aswell as me . You could hear in the background a girl and a boy saying what you doing. Before the girl took over who was very polite and apologetic.Once I got to window two, the young girl was clearly in shock. Who once again apologised. I had children in my car who shouldn’t have heard the language coming out of the speaker. A formal complaint has now been logged with burger king but very much doubt anything will be done. The person in question should be reminded about customer service skills or if not fired.

I recently visited Burger King and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I was able to order my meal quickly and easily using the self-service kiosk.The food was delicious and freshly prepared. I ordered a flame-grilled Whopper and it was cooked to perfection. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The fries were also hot and crispy, and the drink was cold and refreshing.The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and I enjoyed my meal in a peaceful setting.Overall, I highly recommend Burger King to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal. The quality of the food and the level of service are both top-notch, and I will definitely be returning soon for another great experience. Five stars!
