Fantastic service from start to finish. Incredibly well set up showroom with great folks on hand who know their stuff, price was extremely appealing, delivery was on time, the installation was smooth and a minor issue was fixed swiftly and without fuss. Absolutely getting help from JJ for further projects in the future.

Can't fault the service.Got a quote for a carpet on a Saturday. Accepted the quote on the Tuesday, and it was fitted the next day.I thought the follow up call the day after fitting was a nice touch.Forget going to the big companies like Carpet Right. Shop local and use these guys.

Can't fault them! Wanted to find a carpet fitter that wasn't one of the big stores and found my way to JJ Carpets. Quote was extremely competitive and being up against a very tight deadline to get carpets fitted, they pulled out the stops and managed to fit me in before month end. Great bunch of helpful, very knowledgeable people who I will be using again :)

I have just had my 3 rooms carpeted in my flat and the carpets look fantastic!! I am in a electric wheelchair so need special long lasting but nice looking carpets, the whole staff were very friendly and professional who new what they were talking about. A great price but high on quality, hard to get both these days. The 2 independent carpet fitters were also very friendly and helpful and very professional. Because of my disability they did each room 2 or 3 weeks apart so I had time to unpack rooms etc. They moved furniture and some extra bits for me. Google only do 5 stars JJ Carpets deserves 10 stars. Thank you for an easy, helpful, friendly, professional service!!!!

Fantastic service from the team JJ carpet, was always helpful and very friendly. Great service from Kai & Kirsty who handled all well even though we had to keep re-arranging the schedule of installation as we had issue with our walls but the guys was very flexible and accommodating with the situation. Excellent service from knowledgeable staff very nice young lady called kirstie advised on type of flooring and had many samples of colour to choose from. I ended up with wooden flooring and then arranged payment and when it will be in store for collection. Would highly recommend and in the past I have had carpet fitted by the crews from JJ CarpetsNever had any issues with them and I am a repeat customer
