Great and affordable student accommodation, rooms are a good size with a good size en-suite. Security and reception are great and helpful, lots of fun events being held too, would definitely rebook x

The staff are amazing no doubt about that. However the major site maintenance issues response times are shocking smaller issues are great chris and the team respond as quick as they can. However we’ve had a broken window since we moved in in august they did a few window repairs and have moved our kitchen window till next years repair probably… we’ve also had two issue where the entire place has no water from taps or showers preventing us washing things and showering. Better off paying more for a good Accomodation.

If you are no bother, they are fine, but if you have an issue, the staff are rude, condescending and they make things purposefully awkward for you. For the most part they were fine but if you had an issue they did not help. They also lied about work they were doing to the rooms after I said I was moving out. They told me they were no longer going to paint the room, so imagine my surprise when I came to move out and there was a do not paint sign on my door. I have only been disappointed by their conduct these past few months

I lived here for a year and I loved it the staff are always so friendly and eager to help you out. There’s even a maintenance app you can use to report problems and they get fixed. It’s really closed to the center of town and there’s even a Tesco express down the road.

Smiling faces always makes the difference . It’s so simple but very rare. There comes the trinity u can get plenty. Nazama , Liam, Charna Wonderful people who makes the day beautiful for everyone over here. They are the above said difference that Trinity had from rest of all over UK.

My daughter has been at Trinity for the past two years and is staying next year. Close proximity to Campus, good value for money. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff which certainly is very reassuring for parents. Common rooms recently renovated, and very welcoming. Rooms of varying sizes for different budgets. Kitchens adequate if not ultramodern, and generally very homely feel to the whole place. Definitely recommended,
