Absolutely awful service - you really are better off hiring an independent cleaner because the prices are really high with this company yet they aren't reliable and standards of clean poor- not because the girls can't clean I'm sure but rather they rush through I suspect because they have to many people scheduled in. The cleaners almost never turn up on time (today they are over 2hours late- no apology offered!) but three times in a row they showed up at door when there wasn't even a clean scheduled.We used this company regularly and the two cleaners who did it where actually excellent but when they weren't available we would get a team in who didn't know the house and whether it was because they weren't told what we had paid for and wanted doing or whether they just thought it wasn't important as wouldn't be in again I don't know and the cleans were 20mins long and rubbish.You are sold the idea that no corner is over looked and furniture is moved to clean underneath but after the 1st couple of cleans this becomes less and less thorough and ends up being a quick vac and dust - bathrooms especially toilets seem to not be apart of the service.Finally we got a phone call saying they had messed up our payments and we owed them a few back cleans (as this was on a direct debit I didn't check each time -more fool me I guess) this total about £300-400 which we then had to find and pay which was the final nail and we cancelled their service. Fast forward to today in need of a clean for viewings on the house we thought better the devil you know but we won't be making that mistake again and have cancelled the clean we had scheduled for January as once again they have let us down.

Poor clean at extortionate prices!

We have been with Molly Maid for over a year and we would never choose to go anywhere else. They are highly professional, efficient and provide an exceptional customer service and experience. Their communication is excellent and we are kept updated with regular correspondence. The staff are very friendly and do an incredible job. It is so comforting that the people in our home treat it with such respect and care. They do a great job! I must make a special mention to Louise. She is just brilliantly hardworking, thorough and so friendly. I switched our cleaning day, just so we could keep her!☺️ Nasira & Patrick Scott
