I have just sold and bought a house with Davison's Cotteridge and I could not fault them. Jane, Maria, Katie, Karen and Sue have been so helpful, professional and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Would highly recommend using Davisons Law office in Cotteridge. Jane Mulholland was amazing, excellent communication throughout the whole process of buying our house. What is normally a stressful situation, was managed seamlessly by Jane.

I’m currently in the process of selling and buying a house. I have been dealing with Jane at Davisons and I can’t fault her or her team. They have been really helpful throughout the process. They are friendly and always respond to calls and emails swiftly!! First class service! Highly recommended.

My service was average. But I did find for long periods during the process that there was a lack of communication. I think personally that I could have been better informed when various stages were completed instead a lot of the time I found out was going on through the estate agents I was purchasing from.On the day of completion itself I found that I had to do quite a bit of ringing between the estate agents and solicitors to find out how everything was progressing as at one point the whole exchange looked like it was going to collapse around us.Also not sure if this is a Connells estate agents issue but I found that the conveyancing App that I was accessing never seemed to be updated.

We have recently used Davisons for Conveyancing when selling/purchasing our new property and we are so pleased! From start to finish the service that we have received has been amazing.We had a few hiccups along the way with our sale, but the team at Davisons were excellent in communicating both with ourselves & with the other parties to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible.We would like to give special thanks to Jane Mulholland, Kirsty Corcoran & Amy Clarke who were all willing to go above and beyond to help us whenever we needed it.Would highly recommend Davisons to anyone.
