The whole experience of having our open fire removed (complete with back boiler) and our new stove installed was so easy. Tom, Violet and the team are really friendly and always replied promptly to any queries. The work was done on time with the guys doing a great job of clearing up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending them. We are delighted with our stove and new look chimney breast.

A fantastic company to deal with. We have had a hobbit stove fitted into our cast iron fireplace and it's amazing.Best customer service I have encountered for a very long time and the fitters were two of the nicest people I have met.I can't recomend enough.

A belated review here from install in Jan 22. We are very pleased with installation of our woodburner stove and surround. The lads that did the work were very professional and friendly. They took a lot of pride in their work and enjoyed showing us each step of the install. We were able to completely customise the design, including the size of the opening and surround. End result looks great, it was used most days during the winter, our coldest room has now become the warmest.

We are really pleased with the update to the fireplace and stove carried out this week. We cannot fault the service given from the advice provided and assistance with making our choices through to the very professional approach taken by the guys doing the install.
