This is my 'go to' place for outstanding repairs and rewinds. The knowledge and skills in this shop are utterly impressive.

Matt is a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guy. I chatted with with him at length regarding a new bridge pickup for my Fender Player Telecaster that I wanted to still have punch but be a little softer in the top end. He was great and suggested several options and variations. In the end we settled on a custom picup with an Alnico 2 magnet, wound to 9.5K with 42 awg wire which (quote) which will give a fuller

So far I have bought a PAF. It makes my homemade replica 54 LP sing. Can't stop smiling when I play it even just with my entry level practice amp. Equal in quality to the product is Matt's professional and helpful customer service skills. My next experimental build will be only house of tone. This shop is on another level.

I needed my old original vintage Fender Bridge pick up straightend out as the top of pick up had 'Bowed' over over time making the outer E strings too close to the poles and the D and G strings furthest away resulting in that I couldn't get a fair balance and relative output over all six strings.After speaking to Mathew on the phone he explained to me that he could sort out the problem but that it will require a rewind,,,,,obviously I was a little concerned as this would potentially change the tone of the pick up totally and maybe not for the better!I really needed not have worried....not only did he cure the 'bend' in the pu, the rewind (as close to vintage specs)has made the sound of the guitar really open up and to be honest it now sounds better than it did previously....which is what its all about.I cant praise Mathew and his work and communication skills enough,......and his prices are also more than fair.this guy really knows his stuff!I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.Highly recommended.
