Brilliant staff very helpful. providing a great service

Robins fitted us in whilst we were on holiday after our brakes were grinding and less responsive following a very long drive. We spoke with both the mechanic (when we booked the car in) and the receptionist (when enquiring about how long the work might take). Both were very friendly, professional and helpful. The work was done exactly as described and in a very timely manner. Again, everyone we dealt with in person was very friendly and professional. We now have peace of mind for our long drive home (with 2 young children in the car, we didn't want to risk anything).

We broke down with a caravan and they fitted us in and got our car back on the road without ripping us off and within a day or two. Main dealers would have left us stranded for a fortnight!! Thank you so much.

My car was making a weird noise and we noticed the water pump was leaking.We took it to Robins Garages (Wednesday late afternoon) and was told they could take it in on the Friday morning.The service was really good and we were thankful that they could fit us in so quickly as we were on holiday!A good price too, would highly recommend.

Robins garage helped us enormously by repairing our car and providing us with a loan vehicle all at very short notice during our holiday in August this year. Their attitude and customer service was exemplary. Our clutch went on our car and they kindly reorganised their work schedule to accommodate our emergency. Ant in particular worked late in order to make sure we were back on the road in time to leave on the last day of our holiday. Without the loan vehicle we would have been stranded in the unfamiliar (albeit delightful) surroundings and our holiday would have been ruined. We cannot thank you Paul enough, and your team for fitting us in and helping us out and want to say that if anyone asks we would recommend you very highly. Thank you.

Excellent garage very reasonable prices not greedy like some garages friendly helpful staff

We bought a lovely car from Robins Garages this time last year and we just took it there for MOT. Minimal work was needed and by the way a faulty window lowering mechanism was replaced. I was waiting for MOT result in the office and I was pleasantly surprised with how all members of staff were organised and efficient. The friendly receptionist was constantly phoning customers saying 'your car is ready for collection'! It is a busy but extremely well managed garage. My car was ready for collection on time and I was given a loan car to keep me on the road, which was really helpful. Rates are very reasonable and what I value the most was punctuality. Superb service. Thank you.
