Very friendly service, but has possibly slipped a little on moving location. Recovered my hard drive, but didn't fully recreate the user profiles on windows reinstall. Also didn't reinstall the windows recovery environment, so I can't create recovery media or backups. Poor at returning calls - haven't responded to calls requesting reinstalling the recovery environment. Very disappointing.

I had used Computer solutions when they had their office in Winchester. I was delighted to find that they were still able to sort out my problems, with great efficiency, by sharing my computer screen remotely from their new bas in Southampton. They were extremely helpful and accepted my level of difficulty with IT matters with real courtesy.Tim Foster

James and his team have always been most helpful and kind. They work long hours and are thoughtful and can be trusted to do their very best to deal with the problems that beset us oldies; (96 and 93 being deaf an' all.) We wish them the very best for the future

I had great confidence in using this company. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, fixing my issue the next day despite being busy. They have great customer service, rang me to let me know my computer was ready and to talk through the issue clearly and patiently and then when I went in to collect it, they took the time to add an additional security setting and talk me through how to utilise it. I will certainly go straight back to them in case of any future computer problems.

Thankfully, I used computer solutions on recommendation from a work colleague and they sorted the problem out professionally and reasonably priced considering the amount of time invested.They even threw in an external drive !

I had my computer upgraded with more ram. They were very helpful. I felt they had my best interests at heart rather than selling me upgrades I didn't necessarily need. I paid £100 and my computer feels like new. They also helped resolved issues remotely without charging me for the service. I have been using them for 10 years now and have always found the service great.

I am massively impressed how computer Solutions methodically worked through our gaming PC faults and fixed my sons tower.Not only were they precise, courteous and professional they explained everything clearly for someone not familiar with many of the technical concepts.I would certainly recommend and use again.Thank you.

Excellent service. I had an issue with a desktop PC, which they diagnosed quickly. They then advised me it would cost me a lot less to order the part myself, as for some daft reason trade prices are a lot higher than consumer prices for the part. Then I dropped the part off to them today (which was a replacement motherboard) and I had the call to tell me it was fixed little more than an hour later. Thanks to Diego who did a sterling job, keeping me informed. Highly recommended.

When I was at home in Hungary, I cleaned my laptop via Laptopszaki (a hungarian computer repair company) and then the fan stopped. Since the same thing happened during the previous cleaning (they put it together incorrectly), so I tried to contact them over the phone, but without investigation, they stated that the fan was broken and they couldn’t even replace it because they didn’t have parts and couldn’t get it. Luckily, Computer Soltions helped me even then, so I turned to them with confidence now and I didn’t have to be disappointed. Although they had moved out of Winchester, so there was no option for us to just walk in the store (what I didn’t know), yet they were kind and helpful, even though I obviously caused them extra trouble. I don’t even get home much, and I’ve already been called that unfortunately the fan in my laptop (which is more than 7 years old), has really broken down and needs to be replaced, which was immediately ordered and I got informed of the expected arrival time as well. In the meantime, due to Covid, one of their colleagues fell ill, so the assembly was a bit delayed, because they didn't let go of the quality, and the Hungarian-language system did not make their situation any easier. The machine was fully inspected and since wifi was not connected to one of the two routers, they were not satisfied with the end result yet, but since there was no problem with the connection to my home network so far, we agreed to return it to me (within a few hours!). When I got it, they waited patiently for me to check the wifi, and they left only after they make sure everything was working fine, and even then they said if there is any problem, dont hesitate to contact them. Really quality service, they exceeded all my expectations - again.

I brought in my laptop becaused I'd popped two keys off in a silly mistake. Thankfully, Billy very kindly fixed them back on, in minutes. He was approachable and helpful, and in the times I've been to the store in the past couple years (with a previous broken laptop), I find the staff are always this pleasant. Very efficient service, always helpful, and they clearly have good IT knowledge. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs or advice. :)
