Getting a job in NASA is much easier than getting a job in STM. They neither ask for your resume nor look into your assessment paper, but send an email stating you are not shortlisted, mentioning it's not based on my skillset. Wonder what other parameters they are looking for....

I work here as a supervisor for East section Elizabeth line . What a lovely place to work with . Have a fantastic team who does their day to day role . Lovely place to work. I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding my recent experience with STM Group. I feel compelled to share my feedback with you and advise against considering this company for any future work opportunities.I was previously employed as a customer assistant at the British Library, where I had the unfortunate experience of falling ill last Sunday. Understanding the severity of my condition, I immediately notified the control room that I would be unable to attend work due to severe back pain. Furthermore, emergency services strongly advised me to seek medical attention at the hospital the following day.To my dismay, the shift manager decided to cancel all my shifts, leaving me without any clear guidance or support. I was subsequently directed to report to the STM office in Stratford. It is at this point that I encountered the area manager, Saeed Ahmed, who unfortunately displayed a lack of professionalism and exhibited rude behavior towards me.Given the circumstances surrounding my illness and subsequent treatment, I had hoped for empathy, understanding, and appropriate support from STM Group. However, the treatment I received was far from acceptable and left me feeling undervalued and disheartened.I would like to urge anyone considering working with STM Group to reconsider their options based on my experience. It is my belief that a company's success is not only measured by its services but also by the treatment of its employees.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that by sharing my experience, appropriate action will be taken to rectify these issues and ensure that no other employee faces a similar situation.Sincerely,

Love working with STM. Excellent staff especially management team as they have helped me alot in lots of things especially getting 100 per on mystery shops and also having a great relationship with my regular passengers at iver and great relationship with my supervisors and big managers

STM is a great company to work for. Not only do you get support when needed you also have an amazing management team who are always available to help. The supervisors are very friendly, especially Courtney. Overall I would rate STM a 10/10. I have made many friends.

I worked for STM Group LTD for 8 months and was constantly presented with endless opportunities for growth and development within both my career, and my personal endeavours as well. The entire team is fantastic, I especially found the Supervisors to be very on the ball, and extremely attentive to my needs and requirements within the business and again for any personal issues that I may have been presented with during my time within the company.
