Had engineer called Paul come out to clear a blockage that has been persistent the past week or so had Wessex water come out for over an hour and they had no luck Paul had been here 15 minutes and had cleared the drain with no issues (Weston super mare)

Not received any service but this company never replies to emails or messages.Also recently they had a staff party which could be heard throughout our neighbourhood until around 1am. We tried to contact them to complain but the message was left as read and ignored.Very unprofessional and I will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service! I last used these guys to clear a blocked drain at work in Weston in 2015. Tried them again today for home TA21 and was really happy with the service.Had a blocked pipe and waste coming up through manhole cover on patio. The phone was answered promptly and information captured accurately, engineer called me with eta and job done by Glyn without any fuss or drama. Very much appreciated… especially on a Saturday!Would definitely recommend.Thank you.

I have had an issue for a while with slow draining bath water after the family have had showers.  We've not used the bath for a bath for some time as it has previously leaked through into the kitchen below.I had some insurance cover and phoned them last week as water was congregating in the bath and not draining away.  They sent out another company who I have to say I was less than impressed with......They charged a call out fee to the insurance company £100 and have then quoted £476 for two people to return to try to identify the problem, which they were unable or unwilling to do on the 1st visit.They would return but not until w/c 5th Sept which I said was unacceptable.As I phoned Aquablast and I was told there was a call out fee and they would solve the issue within an hour.I booked them for the following morning.As agreed at 8am Glynn and Wayne arrived.Within 45mins the problem was identified and sorted.After months and months of slow draining water and not been able to have a bath in years for fear of it leaking into the kitchen below the issue has been resolved.I am extremely grateful to the speed and efficiency of everybody at Aquablast from the staff on the phone and especially Glynn and Wayne who were excellent.

Amazing company! After 4 failed attempts from different companies, Aquablast came to the rescue! I had a blocked drain for almost 2 weeks and despite different companies coming out, no one was able to fix the problem. Then the engineer from Aquablast travelled from Weston-super-Mare to Bournemouth and fixed the problem within an hour! I can not recommend or thank them highly enough. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you :-)

Excellent same day service and resolution of a blocked kitchen drain. From the first phone call to the engineer arrival time update and the completion of the works Aquablast have sorted out our blockage with no hassle or fuss. The charge was as quoted, highly recommended.
