Ive done a couple of BJJ sessions at The Combat lab. Theyre run brilliant. I have an injury in one leg and ive been catered for each time. Jordan runs a great club with great knowledge. Ive been involved in a few sports clubs and its certainly the most welcoming ive ever walked into. Its also a killer workout. Get involved.

I’ve had a great experience with The Combat Lab. The Muay Thai coaches as well as the students are all friendly and welcoming, probably one of the best communities in Weymouth. Would strongly recommend coming to one of the Muay Thai classes and giving it a try.They are supportive of beginners and give you space to grow in confidence. The 1-to-1s available through the club also allow you to work on your skills in a more targeted way.

Have been going as much as I can since joining. Everyone is so welcoming and there's always a variation of ability from members through each session so more chance of progression and still alot of time to practice precision. Consistent advice and encouragement from Tom, and everyone is looking forward to subs on the sand. Thankyou Jordan for creating a place where anyone and everyone is welcome.
