A fantastic day out at Firestone Bay with family and friends. Took a dip in the sea and a spot of paddleboarding. Probably caught too much sun, but all is good. If you get here early enough you can get three hours free parking. There's also a nice little cafe selling hot and cold drinks and basic snack foods like chips, cheesy chips and burgers.

Lovely little bay, went for a quick paddle out on my iSUP from here. The car park is free so can be quite busy. There is a little 'pool' of seawater left when the tide goes out. Perfect for kids to play in. Lots of seaweed on entrance to water. Seen people out snorkelling and diving so must be things to see underwater. Lovely views of drakes island.

Gorgeous place to swim/ paddleboard. Free parking (for upto 3 hours) nearby at Devil’s Point, this can get really busy when the sun’s out.
