Stunning Nails

Dissapointed. I had SNS on my natural nails. All seemed good at first although the nail technician didn't seem very confident doing my nails. And they all constantly spoke their own language to eachother. Not communicating with me at all.I was in a rush and noticed after I left that there are a few dents in the Polish on a few nails. Also the top layer of my thumb nail has started to peel already a few hours later.

Had my nails done 2pm last Sunday paid £25 for gel. By Monday lunchtime polish started peeling. My first time in this place so disappointed. 3 people actually did my nails as kept swapping. Also halfway through another customer came in an they didn’t have enough lamps so swapping between coats. Quite unprofessional. I’ve been getting my nails done for years at another salon in hornchurch. Went to stunning nails on Sunday as was desperate as I was attending a funeral Monday so needed them done. Soooooo disappointed that within 18 hours 3 nails polish started lifting and by Tuesday half polish on my thumb had lifted off. Really sad as they were nice people but worse Nail experience I’ve had.

The service was okay, though i had to wait a bit as they were busy. Had my nails done here, they said the use SNS dipping powder but within 24 hours, my first left fingernail cracked. I haven't had the time to go back there

I had my appointment booked in advance. I booked it during my 1h lunch break but still had to wait for 40 minutes before being seen, which made me late for work. I understand that they take walk-ins but don’t do that when you have customer pre-booked. What’s the point of booking then. Appointment was rushed as they were overbooked and manicure wasn’t done properly. Definitely unhappy with the whole experience.

Amazing experience every time I’ve been, staff always do exactly what I describe and can do literally any style, everyone is so polite and welcoming there and also pretty funny!Staff are incredibly talented and can copy any picture of any style be it nails, eyelashes and even eyebrows!Can not fault the staff one bit they are exceptional! Every time I’ve been they always fit me in (I’m the queen of doing everything last minute but working on it) definitely support this local business it’s a fantastic place right by tarantinos in Hornchurch! Even if you have to travel far it’s worth it! I’ve been to so many different nail shops and will definitely be sticking with stunning nails!Thank you guys so much!!!

Worst nail extensions ever. The acrylics don't match the shape of the nails, the cuticles weren't cut properly and I had to continuously tell the technician what I wanted. At some point he was annoyed and started to filling my nails very vigorously at the same time that was talking with his colleague in their language. Rude and unprofessional

I booked for my daughter & her friends to get gel polish (booked weeks in advance) only for them to be left waiting for over an hour while they were doing other peoples nails - I understand walk ins but surely if you know you have people booked in they come first. Only 1 of the 5 received gel polish as the others got fed up of waiting and the one that got her nails done because of waiting around was in there for 2.5 hours.No apologies, Terrible service

Since I moved to Upminster , I was really worried as North London has one of the best nail places. I didn’t know what I’m going to do one day, passing by while doing grocery I saw Stunning Nails I walked in and I must say it’s been nearly 2 years, no matter where I move I’m going to come back. Thank you for always doing the best service ever♥️♥️

Will not be coming back here again! Awful customer service, the guy with the tattoos was doing my nails and did not listen to what I wanted, he was cleaning my nails so vigorously he made them bleed. They looked infected by the evening. This has caused me so much stress as my fingers and nails are all sore and I have had to put plasters on top of three of my nails which is not what I paid for. Also when my cousin asked to change the colour of her nail polish the guy was so rude. Very disappointing service.

I come here monthly for the past year and I have no complaints! The owner is lovely and welcomes me when he is there - the staff are lovely too! The Staff doing the nails are really polite and always listen to your input and say hello when you walk through the door. The guys that have done my nails in the past are so nice and kind and do an excellent job, I refuse to go anywhere else! My nails last weeks and I’m incredibly happy!
