Damaged a concrete post and a fence on my property when picking the skip up. Driver took pictures told me he would inform his boss. I waited a few days and no response snd when I made contact the managers text me back stating that it was somehow my fault. He also began reiterate that the T+cCs (which were never made clear to me) stipulate that any damage caused by the skip hire is the sole responsible of the hirer e.g me. The seem to have very broad terms that waive all their responsibility. I am left with a broken fence and post which I must fix myself at my own cost.
