Rosie loves it here... One to one treatment is very important to us and also NO DRYIng MACHINE Rosie can be a bit of a stressy dog she hates being left, in other places she wouldn't recover for a day or so but here she is fine within ten mins after.

After my usual groomer was taken ill Alyson got me the next available appointment. She was amazing with Lola who is nervous around strangers and allowed me to be there with her. If I could give 10 stars I would.

First groomers I’ve been to where your welcome to stay and watch.Alison treats the dogs like they were her own and is so gentle with them.Grooms exactly how you want them done and takes her time. They are the only dogs there while their appointment is going on and no one is allowed in until she is done.I would recommend her highly and she even has a dog ball pool!Another appointment today (September 2019).Excellent again and my girls look super smart and smell gorgeous too. Alison and Gareth have so much patience. Thanks to them both so much.Just thought I’d add another update- March 2022. By nothing has changed. They are still the same caring groomers who put the dogs first. No cages, no restraints and still welcome to stay with the added bonus of playing with thief own pup. Still wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommended. We would not take our dog anywhere else. When he was a puppy they spent time allowing him to get used to the environment and the new tools. I love that they do not use harnesses or constraints on the dogs or force them to be dried if they don't like it. Our dog will often leave with wet ears, happy and wet rather than distressed and dry. The feelings and well being of the dogs are at the forefront of this business and the care they take is second to non. I also love that you can stay with your dog if you wish. Thank you for being so amazing and caring.

We have been taking our dog Georgie to Alyson's for a while but suddenly our dog started having separation issues, Alyson has gone above and beyond to help come to some sort of arrangement to have Georgie groomed. She is not only professional and friendly but she treats all her clients as if they were her own pets, no wonder she is so popular and has won awards for her efforts. Highly highly recommend.

I love k9,Harley my pom always has compliments after his haircut. Alyson & Gareth are a pair of safe hands & i know Harley is looked after well by them both. Highly recommened a visit.
