One Stop

Seems to be under new management. Happy smiling staff, shelves well stocked. Just what a local shop should be.

Rude lady behind the counter wouldn't serve me until I'd walked round the one way system....Even though I was the only customer in the shop at the time! Complete jobsworth. Won't be shopping there again.

I ordered some items off of uber eats. The order was appalling, wrong type of monster and sweets were packed.And half a bottle of drank smart water was left in the bag.

Used to be such a lovely store but has gone downhill lately often closed due to lack of staff and shelves are often mostly empty staff are definitely over worked and under appreciated

I have had a less than satisfactory experience at the One Stop Inconvenience Store on Guilford Avenue. Unfortunately, this store is often closed due to a lack of staff and when it is open, the shelves are often empty. It's clear that the staff turnover rate is high, likely due to the poor management of the store.The manager seems to be the root of all problems at this location. I have witnessed new staff members struggling on their first day and desperately seeking assistance from the manager, only to be ignored. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a toxic work environment that ultimately affects customers.It's a shame because the staff members who do work there are friendly and helpful when they can be. However, they are clearly overworked and underappreciated due to poor management.Overall, I would not recommend shopping at this One Stop Inconvenience Store until changes are made in management. The store has potential with its convenient location, but until then it will continue to be an inconvenience for both customers and employees alike.

It's gone to far with shop now, ridiculous staff turnover, always running out of meal deal options, cant even open on time due to low staff, terrible atmosphere in the shop.To my surprise they were closed 2 hours early!! My pregnant partner was craving a Freal Milkshake, because they were closed early I had to drive to Highworth! which is the next nearest place I know that sells them.This convenience store has become the most inconvenient place to shop.How head office has not done something about this store" is beyond me

Excellent shop, I use the Hermes drop off point and always super efficient, as a shop they have an excellent range of products!

Often closes far before listed closing time. Came in at 9:45, doors locked, staff inside mouthing we're closed" back. Very unhelpful."

Not a bad shop has most things that you need the only downfall is some of the staff one lady is so rude and insulting she accused my son of stealing even though she did not see him taking anything she searched his bag with no legal right to do so. my son has gone to this shop for 15 years its our local store. I reported this member of staff for her actions to head office this was two months ago now my son doesn't want to use the shop anymore
