Lovely little independent jewellers! I can’t thank Tracy and the other staff enough for helping with our last 3 visits & purchases! Tracy was more than happy to indulge my little diva with trying on a Chamilia Bracelet this week (which I subsequently and secretly purchased....right under my little madams nose with Tracy’s help!!).The staff always have time to help whether it’s repairs or advice - I always attempt to shop local and give constructive feedback where I can. All of my purchases have been a good price with excellent service....we’ll be back shortly!!

I popped into Gemini jewellers in Sheerness to ask if they could do something about the claws holding the diamond in my engagement ring. I kept catching my ring on clothes as it had became so rough and jagged. I got served straight away and the assistant took my ring to the jeweller who did something to the claws so they lay flat and don’t catch up on clothes anymore. It took just a few minutes and there was no charge. So happy they did this for me there and then. So many jewellers want to send your items away to be fixed. I will definitely go back there and highly recommend.

They managed to repair a ring that i'd owned for over 20 years that got damaged. I thought it was gone for good but within a few days they had repaired it back to looking like new for a very reasonable price. Coukdn't rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn’t fault the customer service given at Gemini’s. Always such a friendly reception upon welcoming. Took some gold chains in and I got given some fantastic prices for them. My jewellery had to be sent in for repairs, I didn’t have to wait long and it was ready to be collected within a few days, I had received an phone call to say it was ready for collection.

Cannot rate Gemeni high enough, went into the store thinking I would have to buy a gold clasp for my bracelet, bracelet was fixed free of charge, and a free valuation on my necklace and bracelet, very professional and helpful thank you.
