Crown did a great job on the air-conditioning installation earlier this week. From the outside it looks really smart, exactly as how we hoped, and inside everything was really well done with plenty of care and left clean.

What a fantastic experience! From start to finish the whole process of A/C installation was easy & professional. Communication was excellent and there was great attention and care given to my property, including tidying up and even helping me put my bookshelf back into place.I would highly recommend.

We Met Elliott to discuss our requirements he was very polite and professional and quickly provided a specification at a price that was very competitive. The work was scheduled for November 2022. We found the fit team to be very polite, friendly and professional whilst performing the installation, which was completed without hitch and very quickly. The standard of the installation is superb and cannot be faulted. We were keen for the exterior services to be discreet which has been the case and we are delighted. We would not hesitate to recommend Elliott and Crown Air Cond.

Absolutely flawless install from a great team, I'm so genuinely chuffed with the quality of the work and the attitude of the entire team throughout. Not only the neatness of the install but the cleanliness both inside and out...totally spotless. Dealing with Crown from start to finish has been nothing but a complete breeze. Really professional installers, they worked very hard and got the job done as soon as they could. The work is neat and tidy. The air conditioning works really well as a heat source, I’m sure it will also be perfect if we have another super hot summer!

Excellent service from start to finish. Provided clear information on options and prompt quote. Installation team were friendly, tidy, efficient and worked non-stop. The quality of the install was superb - I was particularly impressed by how neatly all the pipes and cables were installed, and the clean lines of the trunking used to contain all the external pipework .. a much better looking installation than many others I have seen! Will definitely use the team again for the remaining rooms that need air con at home. Highly recommend.

Mat, Kevin and the team were absolutely fantastic. They were efficient, tidy, expert at their jobs. The installation went seamlessly and completed on time. Provided an incredibly discrete solution for our master bedroom and other rooms / kitchen. The ducting has been installed very neatly. The whole team incl. electricians were very good at solving any problems with how to work around our period property and very professional. Also could not be more impressed with how well the walls were recovered! It was as if they were never there. Would use again and will recommend to friends.

Crown AC have really impressed me with their customer service and after care. Recently we had a part fail, they got it replaced under warranty and had it fixed.
