The Doctor and the nurse I saw here on Tuesday were such a lovely, caring, and compassionate ladies.I know it's her job to be this way, but I genuinely felt like I mattered and not just another case.Time was taken to explain every detail of my procedure, and I left feeling well looked after.Thank you, Dr. Brady. I’ve been calling nearly every morning for over 3 months to try get an appointment and I get told the same thing and that I’ve got to wait another 2 months considering It’s an emergency aswell as was told to call up on Thursday and see the appointment they had the lady on the phone said there’s none til January so I’m just going round in circles one lady is telling me one thing and another is telling me another

Receptionists have no manners or people skills, clearly not bothered about how they speak to patients and made me feel so unwelcome at their clinic. Younger blonde lady on the desk was nicer than the others though. Nurse who saw me was nice as well but that was all. Don’t think I’ll be using this clinic again until the receptionists get thoroughly retrained on the correct way to treat patients

I’ve been on the phone since 8:30am for almost 20 minutes just for Hannah at the Ashton clinic to pick up and be so rude, completely unprofessional, I tried to explain my situation to her and she hung up. The worst call handler I’ve ever spoken to. The disrespect and disregard.However the last time I attended there was a lovely man at the front desk exceptional receptionist and so lovely compared to that one I spoke to on the phone

Being taken over by Locala was the worst thing that could've happened to this place! I used to think the appointment booking system was difficult to deal with before but now its become a bloody joke!Sure, you had a bit of a Scramble to grab an appointment, but at least you could get seen THE VERY NEXT DAY when you got one!Now?? Even though what you're trying to do is look after your health, they won't just give you an appointment, No, you have to wait a week OR MORE for a POINTLESS TELEPHONE CONSULTATION, so they can then book you in for an appointment, which is what you wanted in the first place, an appointment which you then have to wait ANOTHER WEEK OR MORE to get!! And everything that was asked on the phone call could've just been asked IN PERSON AT YOUR APPOINTMENT!!The middle man act is so stupid! Just get people an appointment and ask them the questions in person instead of wasting their time with a pointless phone call!I feel sorry for the staff who have to operate by this stupid operating method instead of just getting people in for their requirements like they used to! The old system was waaaaaay more efficient!

The Stockport clinic is in need of serious improvement regarding the waiting lists for appointments and certainly needs a new secretary as the current one is just rude and unhelpful to say the least. I had to cancel an appointment in June, they booked me in again in October for a new treatment that I ended up needing help with. I called the clinic twice to try and get an earlier appointment as I had some issues in July. The secretary just dismissed me both times. She was getting irritated on the phone as she couldn’t find me on the system despite the fact that I had spelled my surname twice for her and gave her my date of birth and any other detail I could think of! And guess what…of course my name was on the system as I had been to the clinic before and had a couple of phone appointments with the gynaecologist. I ended up at the a&e and my gp to get help. Such a shame because the doctors there are great professionals. And such a shame this lady is still answering the phone to this day. I’m certainly filling a complain after my appointment.

Here, every visit has been so positive. The staff, nurses, reception, and doctors, especially Dr Sara Carty"have always been so friendly and professional

I was really scared to come in after reading all the negative reviews but my experience was really good. I called at 8:30am, my call got answered immediately and I got a face to face appointment on the same day. The nurse and the doctor were so hopeful and blew my worries away. I understand that this is not the case for everyone and that some people have to wait ages to get their call answered or have a terrible receptionist talking to them on the phone but please don't let that discourage you from getting the help you need because eventually you will get lucky and get someone helpful answering your phone.

My experience in this clinic has been always really good. I don’t understand the bad comments. Everyone in the clinic has been very helpful from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Thank you.

Was a bit nervous after reading the negative reviews here. However my experience today was really nice. Made three attempts this morning to book an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly after picking up the phone. Later on in the clinic both doctor and the nurse were very professional and helpful, too.
