My husband and I visited this branch of Starbucks while on a bike ride from Hull. It was quiet, very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed our fruit toast and coffee.

Didn't have food so can't comment on it. I like Starbucks coffee, but like the other rival coffee shop it's expensive. It's still pricey with blue light card discount. But i would choose this over Costa

The walls were very dirty (see above). The floors are greasier than my hair and I haven't showered for two weeks. One of our party has converted rom Costa to Starbucks based on the taste of coffee but is still conflicted by the inflated pricing and their lack of tax paying. I asked for my chocolate twist to be heated up but they handed it to me cold on a plate until reminded.

I had ordered a double chocolate chip frappuccino from the Starbucks drive thru , when i tasted it half way down the motorway it wasnt up to it's normal standard: Watery , no chocolate flavour , no chocolate syrup and tasted of cold milky ice .

Shocking visit. To start the digital menu board flitters through no less than 4 pages stopping on none of them long enough to read what is on it with exception of the current promo. Bad enough as that is, the server behind the counter tried to make a point that we were taking too long to decide what to get, not good enough.The selection of food suitable for allergy sufferers totalled a sausage sandwich. To which the same server felt the need to comment that not everyone can be catered to, fair enough, but it’s 2023 not 1986.In the end we left with one small hot chocolate which cost an arm and a leg and was too hot to drink in spite of asking for it to be cool enough for a child to drink. Shocking.
