Amazing office and location! Receptionist are always welcoming, professional and go the extra mile to cater to you and your clients. All round outstanding personal service provided and great atmosphere.

I recently came into Mayfair to use their coworking space for the day as i needed a change of environment from working from home. The standards were 5* and the reception team was really helpful, I took coworking membership this week and very exited to go in more often!

I travelled to London and used the Servcorp location at 1 Mayfair Place for the day and I was very impressed by the team and how welcoming they were. I also loved the interior of the reception it gave a really corporate feel!

We took an office from them last year and immediately regretted it. They are extremely clever in making sure that the price they quote you is not including their huge list of extra charges that are hidden around every corner. They do not let you feel relaxed in the office and the whole time we were there we never felt like we could do anything. Big brother is watching. They are very bad at promising you one thing and then changing their mind at the last minute and normally to try and charge your more. Even vacating the office was a horrible experience and one that incurred huge charges. They have an extremely high staff turnover which is not great and their overall behaviour is poor. Get you in and then disappear and take all your money. Having moved to a virtual office i can assure you this is still fraught with danger and risk and every month we have hidden charges added to our account.I would strongly recommend you avoid Servcorp London as much as possible.They have also been fined by the City of London police for bad practices when it comes to mail handling.

Situated in one of London's most prestigious buildings, the coworking space provided access to top-notch facilities, complemented by the exceptional service of their receptionists. They expertly managed my clients' calls with the utmost professionalism, catering to my preferences. Moreover, the location's proximity to Green Park, Piccadilly, and Bond Street offered a delightful opportunity for leisurely walks. For moments of inspiration, the rooftop view of the cityscape was simply breathtaking.
