We chose our dual log burner, surround and hearth from a great selection - we are so pleased with the result! The fitting was superb and we can't wait until its cold so we can see everything in action! Quality service, products and fit, very happy.

Horrible experience with the staff , went in the store to ask about a wood log burner , they told me straight away that if is ok to wait till January we can talk , Not to mention that been measured up and down by the staff , anyway i said is ok as is no rush , been sat down and told we need to book a visit for an engineer to come down to see , i said ok we done that and then that was it ….. no time to discuss about some choices or how is this process working pr look through some choices , been told the engineer would explain .Said ok , engineer came stayed 2 min looked at the space and left . Later on that day woke up with a quote pf 3900£ for WHAT … can we at least chose the stove as client since we pay for it or does the staff decide by our looks as been measured up and down …. Have no ideea what i should pay those money for or is it working like Trust us we know better DOESN’T MATTER WHAT I WANT SINCE I AM A CUSTOMERHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THANK YOU FOR WASITNG OUR TIMES

From us first visiting the showroom and being given brilliant customer service, to the installation itself, we can highly recommend the team at Central Stoves. As novices, they gave us all the information and guidance we needed to ensure we had the right stove for what we were looking for. The installation was efficient and the engineers friendly and patient when we bombarded with questions! We now have a beautiful stove and are delighted! Thank you!

This year, we have had our beautiful stove installed by the amazing Central Stoves in Nuneaton. We are so in love with our new fireplace because it’s done by one of the best stove/fireplace installers. We had a flat wall in our new build home and Gary, Callum and Liam built the twin wall with the external chimney going up at the side of our house - so neatly and professionally done to a very high standard.They all worked so professionally but more importantly with perfect measurements and with no faults at all. When they were doing the job, you could see how much they love what they do and did the job with great enthusiasm.Also, we changed and added few things and the ladies in the showroom were brilliant and very efficient with every information we needed. Great advice given and explained the process so well that it couldn’t be any clearer.We can’t praise them all enough for the work they’ve done because it is just gorgeous and the customer service we received from all was just outstanding - the ladies in the showroom are absolutely great at what they do as well.We still go in the showroom to buy kindling and kiln and they are still so friendly and polite that we would often chat for ages.Highly recommend this family-run business for anyone who is looking to have their stove installed and a gorgeous fireplace to be installed by the professionals and some wonderful people.Thank you so much Lorraine, Sian, Liam, Callum and Gary!

Great service. Immaculate tradesmen, Gary and Callum did a fantastic job of fitting our stove in a tight space. Superb attention to detail on the hearth and plaster work. Very pleased and would highly recommend these guys.

Really great service - no pushy sale when we went into the showroom just to enquire for a new stove, but really attentive to what we wanted. Installation was no problem - they sorted everything out for us and completed within the time estimate. Very quick responses via email. Can thorougly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend highly enough Central Stoves. A wonderful family business. From the moment we entered the showroom to having the work carried out. Step by step they were professional, explained thoroughly the choices without being forced into anything. Their knowledge of Stoves and what would suit our needs was excellent. The work carried out was superb. The installers worked in tandem and new what exactly each other was doing. They were also very clean, tidy and mindful of furniture. They even covered items that I had tried to protect. After initially deciding on a single stove to be fitted we ended up having installed a double sided stove. It was worth doing. Again it was an idea suggested without being forced into making this decision. And for the previous negative comment. Yes there is only one team that installs. And you may have to wait. However they are experts and they know what they are doing !! There is a demand now due to the cost of living crisis. Having stoves installed has increased dramatically. I would question anyone who can fit you in straight away. We waited and it was worth it ! Without any hesitation I fully recommend Central Stoves.Thank you !!!!

Can't speak highly enough of these folks. I am so very pleased with how the installation went and the cleanliness and care taken by the lads during the installation and the professionalism with everything they did.We felt very welcomed and not rushed or pushed and felt we were given real honest guidance when choosing the stove, with no pushy tactics, at all.Yes, the 6 month install lead time is long, but I'd have rather waited and indeed, I am extremely glad we did wait, as once completed, I have no complaints, and the workmanship speaks for itself.We had a small issue with the wrong stove been sent out, but this was handled quickly, and I was called up and told I was owed some money back, (we'd have never have realised), so we just know that the integrity and honesty of these guys is way up there.As regards the lead time, well, we are living in a world where unfortunately, things just don't happen overnight.This was explained almost immediately upon entering the shop to look at the stoves, and was to be expected (we ordered in February just as the spike in energy costs were at their highest, pushing demand beyond all reasonable expectation).Why on earth some people have left negative reviews, god only knows, I can only assume that some people possess a sense of entitlement along with unrealistic world views and do not fully grasp how things work. Get over yourself! This is a small family business, with skilled tradesmen and passionate people that know their stuff, if you want a quick thrill, go buy something off Amazon, but good luck getting it installed so well.Anyway, if you want a stove and some great, helpful & friendly advice, go to Central Stoves. We cannot recommend them enough.

We shopped around, locally for quotes. Central Stoves were brilliant from start to finish. They explained everything really simply, that would need doing. The Girls in the office were great. Then Liam, came and did the quote. No pushy sales in the slightest and NO pushing into making HIS choices. I liked that a lot. He simply gave us his experience and advice and left the rest for us to decide what we wanted. There was no biased with him towards any product that he told us about. Price was the best bar none. The work was so easy and relaxed, for us. The guys that fitted the stove worked above and beyond , leaving us with an amazing new fireplace and logburner. Professional, polite and amazing craftsmanship. There is simply not a bad thing I could say about Central Stoves. Nothing lacked. Thanks again everyone at Central Stoves, if you see this.Edit: To the reviewer saying that it takes a long time to get booked in? Never use a tradesperson who can fit you in, straight away. Any good tradesperson won't be able to do that, unless it's a small job. For us, we knew they had to be good! Worth the wait!
