Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was helpful and professional. We had lounge,dining room, hall, stairs and landing replaced. Great job done by the fitters Mark & Stuart. They not only laid the carpet but also removed all the rubbish and hoovered up before they left.

Unfortunately they miss quoted after coming out to our scout hut too quote, had to pay for the work in full and couldn’t actually do the job. Had to cancel our opening event due to not getting the floor fitted. Been refunded now

We recently had the whole ground floor of our renovated house fitted with Amtico Spacia hard flooring in the featured oak /herringbone pattern with a border. The finished result has been fantastic. Our fitter Richard has done an amazing job and his care and attention to detail in all areas has been top notch. We have a curved feature area around the staircase, which looks great. He was professional and very friendly and approachable, offering advice and checking with us all the way through the job that we were happy. He worked neatly and took care of our new home. Other trades were on site daily, so it was challenging for him at times. Would certainly recommend KDHawes and Richard to others. Very pleased. Thank you.

Recently renovated house, and had KD Hawes supply and fit Karndean flooring in 4 bedrooms, lounge, dining room and hallway. And had carpet on staircase. The job done is brilliant. From start to finish, staff at KD Hawes are very good and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the way the carpets and flooring looks and very happy with the finish! Not only this, the total quote was £7777 for a 5 bed house. The main retail companies were charging between £10,000-£12,000 and therefore the price was very reasonable.I am very impressed with the overall service by 1to1 Flooring, especially by Sarah Winter.She handled our fitting from start to finish. Although a few problems arouse, I am impressed with how Sarah was quickly able to rectify any issues and provide a solution that we were happy with!Also a very positive experience with the flooring fitter, Jay, and the carpet fitters, Carl & Carl - very pleasant to work with.I would 100% recommend 1to1 Flooring for its variety, service and prices.Thank you for helping my have a comfortable home for my family!
