The Manager was super helpful and great with the customers! She greeted every customer and seemed to be in 3 different places at once - the shop was v busy.

Great experience at the O2 store. Manfred was extremely helpful and knew exactly which glasses would suit me! So many people brush sales staff off, but it’s a big mistake here because he was just fantastic. Made me feel like a celebrity being styled!

I’ve just been the the Ashford outlet and I have to say the level of customer service here in the O2 is far higher! The staff Chiara was so cheered up, ready to help and assist whenever she could. She was helping us and ensuring we were happy, cleaned our glasses for us. It was just a very pleasant experience! Thanks Chiara!!

From the moment I walked into the shop on Saturday 23 September I experienced first class service from Chloe. I was quite broad with what I wanted so the process of selecting the right pair of sunglasses for me was long, but she persevered and was supportive all the way through. She was careful to give direction in a subtle and tactful way and was extremely patient. When my partner joined in later on and was also looking for a pair of sunglasses Chloe continued to serve both of us with patience, grace and a feeling that nothing was too much. There were some complications around pricing due to discounts that were available to me, but again Chloe navigated these expertly. It was such a delight to have such great customer service - a rare exception these days. Chloe is a superior member of staff with lots of potential and a truly great ambassador of the brand.
