John fitted exterior front and back upvc doors. He initially fitted the wrong door at the front so he had to replace it.The back door cracked within 5 years. I have been in contact with John for almost a year now and he refuses to come out and view the door. His website boasts that his work is guaranteed for 10 years – this is utter nonsense and clearly means nothing! Do not use this so called joiner.

Fitted doors for my mother in law and she is delighted with the work from start to finish, lovely guys, turned up on time, and cleaned up when finished, would highly recommend them. Thanks so much John.

Found John via Rated People where he gets great reviews. I got 3 quotes before proceeding and John was able to offer a high quality uPVC door and window with quality lock and mechanism at a competative price. He turned up as arranged, performed a quality installation, made sure we were happy, and left the house and garden tidy when finished. Payment was only expected when the job was complete. Would recommend and would use him again for a similar job.

He wasn't willing to do what i asked for and he had the brass neck to charge me nearly £400 more then what i had been quoted by someone else and i was getting exactly what i wanted. Then he went on about his reviews and the quality of work that he does..... Basically in my opinion he came across as arrogant. Charging £150 to hang a door as the material was only £50 brass neck and a cheek.
