A decent HMV store. Has a wide variety of DVDs, CDs, records and pop culture items. Most products are fairly expensive. Staff are quite helpful and attentive. It's not the best store but it is what it is.

I always spend at least 20 minutes in hmv just desperately trying to convince myself not to buy anything, often to no avail. Capitalism works my friend

I'm surprised this shop (and the company) still exists, expensive prices and nobody uses DVD’s anymore! Fine selection of DVD's but honestly give it a year or two and the whole company will go bust, it’s Toys R Us all over again, but unlike HMV kids still used toys when Toys R Us went bust.

Popped in a few week's back now. Went in to buy a film for the Children.As well as an amazing level of helpful service from the staff...Totally engaged in an Awesome conversation with one of the staff members covering Music, Film's, Theatre, Opera and Art's.Throughout the conversation the gentleman in question was inclusive with my Son...talking also with him and his taste in film's and so forth. Thus him not been left out...To me (52 year's old) I found it reminiscent of a time where shop staff actually interacted with the general public.Great Shop. Great Staff.Thank you

Lovely little store and I tend to take advantage of the many offers and deals that always are on. My collection has grown exponentially because of this. Staff are always helpful and great to deal with.

My favourite shop in Poole! The staff have excellent taste in anime and film! Clearly they're passionate about their work :) very happy, I was only going to buy a film but I came out having spent £65

Stocked One Piece figures for my daughter. More choice of board games would be nice and I would have probably spent some money.

Frequent visitor and always come out with a bag load of cds,streaming is all good and well but remember tracks can be took down at anytime with cds all the tracks will always be there.
