Go to furniture shop in the area!! Good basic down to earth showroom. Very helpful staff are there but not hounding you all the time! Purchases have been of good quality. Delivery guys even tidied up after themselves, take note dfs, etc. And binned the packaging for us!

Delivery times are terrible, do not believe what staff tell youHappy with product, just not several weeks wait delay

I would have given less stars if i could! bought a table sold to me as solid oak on december 24th 2018. 9 months later it started to bubble up like cheap veneer. spoke to blackbridge who confirmed the centre of this table is veneer and that all their staff know this and told me it was the way i cared for the table??? they went on to tell me that this was down to cleaning or spills . its a dining table ?? obviously this family table was only meant to be looked at from a distance not actually used as a table. ive owned cheap veneer tables that lasted years and never did this. so if you want overpriced, poor quality and miss sold this is the shop for you !!

Great shop, not at all pushy, unlike the majority of other furniture stores. Ordered a sofa in store and was given a delivery date, the day before the delivery was due got a call with a 2 hour window. 2 very friendly delivery drivers arrived 30 minutes into the delivery window and put together the sofa, all completed within 20 minutes. The only slight negative is they don't take away the packaging but this is now my go to store for furnishings.

Didn't know about this amazing showroom! Friends of mine recommended them locally. I was looking for a sofa and found exactly what I wanted there. Lovely helpful staff and the selection of furniture is amazing! I will be going back when I move into my new house.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, after my daughter left a negative review on my behalf about our experience with this business they contacted my husband at work and offered a full refund on furniture purchased.Was told to return it this morning. Arrived this morning at 9pm, store closed up, eventually salesman appeared and said store was closed until Wednesday! Denied saying he would give us a refund and offered a credit note and this ONLY IF MY DAUGHTER REMOVED HER REVIEW. Well I’m afraid I would rather people know what they are like to deal with, they can keep their credit note and their rude staff!

Bought several items of furniture from this lovely store , all staff & delivery people were very friendly.Sammy who dealt with everything was extremely knowledgeable & helpful.We moved to our new house & didn't know when the renovations would be completed, Sammy very kindly said there was no problem holding onto everything for us until we were ready, 4 months later we now have our lovely furniture.Would definitely recommend this store, many thanks.
