Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
The only thing going for this hotel is the location. The rooms are extremely tired and in need of refurbishment and certainly not worth the prices being charged. Staff all good but the property and amenities let the place down.

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
Stayed there back in March and we loved the location as it was perfect for sight seeing and pub hopping. Hillhead area is great! Staff was nice and helpful but too few on duty. The room we had was fine with us. Had a great bohemian feel to it. Loved the shower!

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
Stayed early December'23. The hotel is clean, rooms are fairly basic but decently furnished with some amenities.The rooms would be better served if a couple of bottles of water were available along with the tea/coffee etc.There can be quite a bit of noise early morning from the shops around the hotel, especially the Waitrose, which was taking deliveries at about 6am.

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
I stayed two nights B&B in the hotel in an accessible room, with lovely views of the botanical gardens; the room was lovely, very clean; the breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful.Very pleased with my stay, would recommend staying in the Grosvenor hotel.

First and foremost, this is NOT a Hilton property. With that, the service, staff and upkeep of this hotel are terrible. I was specifically told that because we couldn't make it to the hotel, our train was cancelled, that, We're fine with taking your money

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
The room was very clean and comfortable, but did not have air conditioning, which was a challenge given that we visited during a time when it was quite hot. They provided a room fan, so we slept comfortably, but with the windows open, street noise at night was noticeable. The staff were terrific, friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - it's a short walk to so many fun things, like the Botanic Gardens across the street.

Wonderful stay! Scott at front desk was so accommodating. He checked us in early and offered any assistance we needed. Coffee machine in restaurant was broken and servers quickly delivered coffee from another location. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
I was there for a function and can hardly fault this hotel. Beautiful aesthetic, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location......My only grumble is that the sit down meal, which granted was a little delayed due to speeches, was a little disappointing. The starter I had was delicious but my main, which was chicken, was very dried out. I appreciate it's hard tontime these things perfectly but maybe a sauce rather than a light gravy may have helped?Otherwise, excellent all round.

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
Rooms are a bit tired. Parking nearby is difficult as it's a busy area and hotel parking is extremely limited. Our bed was comfortable but there was what looked like cigarette burns in the bed sheets and the room just felt like it needed updating. Breakfast was decent enough and any staff we met seemed friendly. For the price of this hotel I would have expected a bit more.

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel
This is the typical hotel which was once magnificent but it is now no longer as good because it has not been properly maintained. We had a problem with the heating on the first day and service was efficient offering a solutions. A renovation of the rooms would improve the quality of the hotel. Location is great.
