The team do a really good job when faced with our scruffy older dog - she’s now really tidy. They take time to put the dogs at ease and ensure they are settled well and not stressed at all. Our puppy was so relaxed during her first groom she fell asleep.

First time at this groomers with my two dogs. My old poodle cross was very very nervous due to a bad experience at a previous groomers. However both dogs were given a friendly warm welcome and entered quite happily. The staff took time to reassure the dogs and me that it was all going to be fine. Picked up two very happy, beautifully groomed dogs.

First groom for my Shihtzu today and what a lovely experience.The staff were amazing with my dog, very patient as he'd been poorly recently so he was a little delicate. I felt confident that I'd left my dog in capable hands today. They asked all about him and worked out what way was best to work with his needs. Very professional and attentive.A lovely lady Kelly was training and did a fabulous groom, so happy with it.Thank you Dog & Bone.

An excellent first time appointment today. Chris instills confidence in the dog and owner, and the staff are pleasant. I was delighted to have been able to book my Welsh Terrier in and will continue to use their services in the future. I brought home one happy pooch after his visit.Thank you Chris and staff.

Thank you Tidy Grooming. It was Agatha and our first experience of dog grooming. Charlotte greeted us all and made friends with Agatha instantly. She discussed the options available and what we needed for Agatha. It was the first time leaving Agatha but Charlotte made us feel at ease and we knew she was in safe hands. On our return.... we saw a very happy puppy who looked gorgeous.... the time and work that Charlotte had given Agatha was amazing. Thank you Charlotte for your kindness and caring towards Agatha.... and her owners.... looking forward to her next visit.

Our 9 month old Cockerpoo needed a good cut as he was very curly. Charlotte was the groomer who went into detail as to what look we wanted. Took her 2 and half hours to carry out grooming in a individual cubicle so dogs are kept well isolated and secure.Overall we were pleased with result for a first experience and we will have better idea for next visit as to areas we might change such as tail to be trimmed a little more and other minor changes.

My parents took their mini pinscher Athena for her first nail grooming experience today and she had a fabulous time! The staff were wonderful, kind and patient. Athena was well behaved and enjoyed her pampering session. Five woofs from Athena too and she said she can’t wait to see everyone next time!!!!!

Charlotte groomed our little dog Elsie again today. Today Elsie seemed happy to go into the salon to Charlotte. She is getting better with regular sessions, the team are great and spend lots of time reassuring her, she looked lovely when I picked her up. Thank you Charlotte
