A great club to meet up with friends for a couple of pints before going to the match. Good beer there's also 2 full sized snooker tables and a pool table. You can now pay by card

This is a club that will go to the wall. Match nights, which bring their greatest revenue, shut to customers from 10pm, all because last orders is 10.10 pm, as the committee are not willing to pay for taxis home to allow the extra revenue from regular matchgoers, SHAME on this committee letting this club go to the wall. Good club being driven into the ground.

I used to love this place...... unfortunately on a match day, they now have kareoke on in the members lounge. I'm a member and myself and my dad(who's 75and can't manage stairs, so can't go to the concert lounge up two flights of stairs for a seat) can't have have a conversation or hear our selves think. Think we'll be cancelling our membership for next season and trying the companions club up the road. A real shame. Update: it appears the karaoke has stopped on a match day. Changed my review back to a 5! Well done ladies and gents. €€€€keeping up the good work$$$$

1 because I can't give it 0, loved this club in the day. Doorman fantastic very friendly, then you see the cash only sign. Out to get cash no a big problem but £3 sprint for a not great pint of Foster's.This day 8n age take cards, this used to be one of the biggest and best working men's clubs in the country.

Last 2 weeks not enough staff to open upstairs. Must have lost a fortune. Used to be a great place before and after game, now you are counted in and the queue outside is ridiculous. Doorman Peter is doing a great job in a difficult situation at the min
