Tom did an amazing job on my kitchen. He completed the majority of the work alone quickly and efficiently. Tom arrived on site early eachday and fully prepared. The team that did work with him (the lads who did the electrics, plastering, painting) All completed to a very high standard. Polite in manners and very professional. I have 2 children with special needs, Tom made me aware of when he was about to drill so I could prepare the little ones. The work was completed in 5days to a very high standard with a beautiful finish. I highly recommend Tom and his team. I am very happy with my new kitchen and cannot thank him and his team enough.

Incredibly poor quality kitchen supplied and fitted. Almost all wrapped doors peeled after only 2 years and PRMF refused to rectify, relying on a contractual warranty period. Clearly unfit for purpose and of unsatisfactory quality to need replacing after such a short time. Dreadful company.

Had my worktops and kitchen sink replaced by Paula Rosa Manhattan and very pleased with all work completed promptly, professionally. All staff were helpful, courteous and took pride in their work. Kitchen Fitters were especially cordial and made their visit a pleasure... not always easy when dismantling your kitchen is involved. Thanks to all involved and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others with similar requirements

After moving into our new build home two years ago we decided to add a second oven to our Paula Rosa Manhattan kitchen. I can say that we have been very impressed by the level of service that we received from the initial enquiry, through to the new cabinet being delivered. The customer service department was very helpful with identifying our existing kitchen cabinets and then was able to supply us with all the new parts that we required to integrate the new oven into our existing kitchen. We were kept very well informed about delivery dates and everything turn up when they said it would.I can't fault the service or quality of the product that we received and would definitely recommend this company to family or friends.

My dream kitchen. Beautiful finish, soft closing doors & drawers, and a perfect matching worktop We also ordered 3 additional cupboards with Tracy from Paula Rose so easy to fulfil as Tracy already knew the plot we had purchased, couldn't have asked for a better service. Very, very happy with my kitchen and the lighting sets it all off nicely at night time! You won't regret a thing with Paula Rose and I would thoroughly recommend.

Contacted Paula Rosa as I needed help with a kitchen update. Their kitchen was already installed into the house we moved into. We wanted to change the built in oven configuration, and replace with a bigger double oven. Emailed the after sales team who took the time to understand what I needed and supplied a quotation with everything required, so I could change the oven, corresponding doors, hardware, and shelves. Their team were knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests and questions. Delivery was swift and well packaged. Overall, a great experience, and I know next time I want to change anything in my kitchen their team will be on hand to help me again. Well done to all the Paula Rosa team and thank you Hilary for your help.

Needed a replacement door which we had damaged. Agent was able to locate previous order and so finding right colour very simple. Arrived in perfect condition and we were able to fit easily.

Needed to match an existing cabinet.The team sent me a brochure and helped me to match the unit to perfection.Every step of the way they helped with complete professionalism. Thank you to the team

Unfortunately we didn't get a choice of kitchen in our home as it was supplied via Taylor Wimpey when we bought our home new 4 years agoWithin the first 2 years we had approx 4 door units replaced under the TW warranty due to them de-laminating.Since then we have had a number of others have the same issues, shown in pictures below. Taylor Wimpey directed us to Paula Rosa as we were no longer covered by TW, where we were told by Paula Rosa that their warranty was also only 2 years. 2 years?! For a product that should last years! In my experience, products that offer good quality have long warranty periods as the manufacturer believes in the product. I can see why they only offer 2 years!Even if it is outside the warranty, it's obviously a manufacturer issue which should be dealt with, a number of other people in our development have had similar issues, with varying levels of service.My advice, avoid at all costs! Go to a decent quality kitchen company that will last.

We recently moved to a new house which is lovely. Once unpacked we decided we needed extra cupboards and a breakfast bar. Therefore called Paula Rosa office and received an amazing response from Karen who designed the extra work top and cupboards. She sent us a 3d plan allowing us to see exactly what we were getting. The items were delivered safely. Our private kitchen fitters did an amazing job of fitting it. We found customer service excellent. Everything arrived on time. Great job completed, no problem. We would recommend Paula Rosa to our friends. Thank you all Paula Rosa staff.
